Today I’ve been thinking about the “small” things in life. So often I want to focus on big changes in my life, but this year I’m really in a place of making “small” shifts in my life.

I write “small” in quotes because I believe often the things that are seemingly small shifts are actually not so small and end up making the biggest impact in our lives.

Here’s to the small shifts that make the big difference!

1. Rest more
2. Be curious
3. Laugh more
4. Find stillness every day
5. Practice gratitude
6. Indulge more
7. Move each day
8. Connect in real-time
9. Laugh more
10. Discover one good thing about everyone you meet
11. Perform a random act of kindness
12. Be inspired by others
13. Find a new hobby
14. Smile at a stranger
15. Dance (by yourself)
16. Breathe
17. Sing in the shower
18. Spend time with nature
19. Love yourself
